How a placement runs
Four stages, and you're in front of schools from the second one.
You register
Account, profile, and a private verification pack — passport, degree scans, a selfie. That pack is for our verification team, not for the listing.
We verify and publish
Your profile goes live in the Teachers directory with a verified badge and a reference code. Schools filter, read you, and shortlist you.
A school asks for you
They quote your reference to us. We send you the role, the salary, the hours and the district before anything is agreed.
We make the introduction
Say yes and you're talking to the school directly that day. Say no and we tell them you're not available.
Why schools come through us
The reference code isn't there to keep you hidden. Everything a school needs to want you is on the page — what you teach, where you are, what you hold, how long you've been doing it.
What the code does is stop a centre from copying your contact details off the directory and hiring around us, which is how listing sites lose the teachers they work for. It also means no cold calls at 9pm from places you never applied to.
Every introduction is a real conversation with a school we've already spoken to.

About us
We started ESLfinder after watching good teachers get burned by open CV boards.
Our founders taught in Hanoi and Da Nang for a combined fourteen years. Between them they were cold-called by centres that had scraped their details off a listing site, offered contracts that changed after arrival, and asked to hand over passports "for processing".
So the site is built backwards from those problems. Your profile is on show from day one — schools should be able to see exactly what you bring. The introduction is the part we hold, because that's the part people abuse.
We're a small team in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. We place across all 63 provinces, including the ones nobody else bothers with — Kon Tum, Ha Giang, Bac Lieu — because rural centres pay well and never get seen.
What we won't do
We don't take a cut of your salary, and we don't charge you to register or to stay listed.
We don't hold your passport. We scan it, verify it, and you keep the book.
We don't hand a school your contact details until you've read their offer and said yes.
We don't list a school we haven't spoken to on the phone.
